Account Security, Data and Your Rights

We take our obligations under these Terms & Conditions seriously — from the moment your account is created to the moment a withdrawal lands in your UPI or PhonePe wallet.

Data Handling

We collect only the data needed to operate your account — name, contact details, payment identifiers for UPI and Paytm, and transaction history. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we store it with encryption at rest.

Cookie Policy

Our platform uses session cookies to keep you logged in and preference cookies to remember your lobby settings. You can manage cookie consent from the settings panel in your account; withdrawing consent may limit certain personalised features.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We use two-factor authentication on withdrawals above a set threshold and will freeze an account immediately if we detect unusual login patterns or location changes.

You may open an account where access is permitted by local law in your region. It is your responsibility to confirm that using 6elms is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account or making any deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe.

We will always post a notice on the platform before any material change takes effect. Continued use of your account after that notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree, you may close your account before the change applies.

Your personal data is retained for the statutory period required by applicable law after closure. Once that period ends, your data is deleted or anonymised. You can request a copy of your data at any time before or after closure via email or the help desk.

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification before the first payout and after any significant change in your account details. We process withdrawals to the same payment method used for your deposit — UPI, Paytm or PhonePe — wherever our payment rails allow.
